Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply when you use the NannyAnna website or purchase services from NannyAnna. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

About NannyAnna

NannyAnna provides childcare and parenting information, resources and support based on professional childcare experience. Services may include online content, resources and individual consultations for parents and carers.

Information and advice

Information provided through NannyAnna is intended to provide general childcare and parenting support. Every child and family is different, and you remain responsible for deciding whether information or suggestions are appropriate for your circumstances.

NannyAnna does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment. Please see our Disclaimer for further information about the scope of the information and support we provide.

Consultations and bookings

Where consultations are available, the length, format and price of the consultation will be displayed before you make a booking. You are responsible for providing accurate contact and booking information.

Advice provided during a consultation will be based on the information available to NannyAnna at the time. You should let us know about relevant circumstances that could materially affect the suitability of the support being requested.

Payments

Where payment is required, the total price will be shown before you confirm your purchase. Payments may be processed securely by a third-party payment provider such as Stripe.

A booking requiring payment will not normally be treated as confirmed until the required payment has been successfully completed and confirmation has been provided.

Cancellations and rescheduling

The cancellation and rescheduling arrangements applicable to paid consultations will be shown during the booking process and will form part of these terms.

Nothing in these terms affects any cancellation, refund or other rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

If NannyAnna needs to cancel

Occasionally, circumstances may mean that NannyAnna needs to cancel or rearrange a consultation. Where this happens, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and offer an appropriate alternative or refund where applicable.
